Velox LE
Velox LE is Stratex Networks' license-exempt radio platform that enables fast network rollout without the need to obtain link licenses in advance. Velox LE is integrated into Stratex Networks' product portfolio providing the flexibility of both licensed and license exempt products in a single network solution.

Velox LE is available in 2.4 and 5.8 GHz, and 1, 2, or 4 T1/E1 configurations. All versions include a bridged Ethernet port supporting up to 8 Mbps. This bandwidth is shared with the E1/T1 traffic.

The Velox LE license-exempt platform enhances the flexibility of Stratex Networks' product offering, providing solutions for rapid deployment and carrier-class network availability. The ability to upgrade capacity with an optional software key makes Velox LE a flexible and effective network solution. A common Indoor Unit (IDU) supports all frequencies and capacities, and all configuration control is done via software--no hardware upgrades or diplexers to change. These features enable Velox LE to support a wide variety of applications while reducing sparing and operational costs.

Velox LE enables rapid deployment without the need for licensing. This makes it a cost-effective alternative to leased-line solutions for operators looking to quickly deploy new cell sites, or to provide fast connectivity to new customers, while also ensuring the highest quality possible using license-exempt spectrum.

Altium MX
Altium MX is a high-capacity wireless platform providing integrated multi-service support for voice and data for fixed and 2G/2.5G/3G mobile network backhaul and access applications. Available across the full range of licensed frequency bands from 6 to 38 GHz, Altium MX provides scalable data rates from 155 (1xOC-3/STM-1) to 622 Mbps (4xOC-3/STM-1), with flexible interface options such as PDH, ATM and Ethernet.

As the industry's first split-mount radio to support scalable data rates from 155 Mbps to 622 Mbps in a single IDU, the platform allows operators to grow their networks incrementally and avoid costly initial up-front investments. The ability to upgrade capacity in the field using modular plug-ins also minimizes service disruption and system downtime.

The Altium MX platform adapts as network requirements evolve, guarding against the future expense of total system replacement. The Altium MX platform offers multiple aggregate and tributary capacities and interface types, with the flexibility to be deployed in configurations that include terminal, add-drop, and cross-connect. This versatility allows operators to seamlessly integrate wireless and fiber to provide voice and value-added data services over high-capacity links. Altium MX is fully integrated into the ProVision network management system, allowing customers to have end-to-end visibility and total network control. With a modern, split-mount architecture, Altium MX is a cost-effective solution for longer-haul backbone applications, enabling easy handling, rapid deployment and simplified maintenance without the need for costly and labor- intensive waveguide installations, and it provides powerful features such as adaptive equalization and diversity configuration options.

Compared with the alternative solutions for providing scalable, high-capacity transport, Altium MX represents an economical alternative with low capital investment, but also minimal recurring operation costs. Altium MX is an ideal wireless alternative to fiber that can also maintain carrier-class reliability.

DXR 700
DXR® 700 is a high-performance, medium-capacity radio. With 16 QAM and 64 QAM modulation and diversity options it is ideal for mobile, access and private networks where extra distance is called for or where link densities or planning restrictions demand spectral efficiency. It is unique in having both split-mount and all-indoor terminal configurations: split-mount to maximize system gain and minimize installed costs and all-indoor for easier maintenance, reduced safety compliance issues and protection of the RF transceiver from weather extremes. CEPT bands range from 2.5 to 11.7 GHz. ANSI bands range from 5.9 to 11.7 GHz. Capacities extend from 2xE1 to 16xE1 and 2xE3, as well as 4xDS-1, 8xDS-1 and DS-3.

DXR 200
With a fully integrated radio, multiplexer and cross-connect in a single rack-mounting chassis, the DXR® 200 provides a unique solution for low capacity access and utility networks. Customer interfaces include a full range of voice and data options. DXR 200 is available in non-protected, protected, diversity and single-chassis repeater configurations for frequency bands of 0.3 to 2.7 GHz. Modulation is DQPSK or 16 QAM. Capacities extend from 10 to 62x64 kbps channels. The DXR 200 is also available as a primary rate, multiplexer-only product called DXR MUX. The DXR MUX is the ideal 2 Mbps multiplexer for use with other DXR radio platforms.
