Baud Telecom Company, more known on a day-to-day basis as BTC Networks, is pleased to announce its registration to ISO 9001:2000 by Quality Management Institute (QMI), North America’s leading management systems registrar. This registration followed an extensive audit of BTC’s sales, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, implementation, deployment, services, support and maintenance of telecommunication systems, by Dr. Abdul Majeed Haddad, UMB-QMI Managing Partner. These processes along with BTC’s internal documentation were judged "impressive" and "extremely organized" by QMI’s certified ISO auditors.
BTC Networks customers, suppliers, owners, partners, employees and the whole society will benefit from this certification which proves the company's most exacting requirements for quality procedures.
