Baud Telecom Company, more known on a day-to-day basis as BTC Networks, is pleased to announce the registration of its Riyadh branch to ISO 9001:2000 by Quality Management Institute (QMI), North America’s leading management systems registrar. This registration has followed an extensive audit of BTC’s sales, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, implementation, deployment, services, support and maintenance of telecommunication systems.

BTC’s internal documentation and Quality Management automation system designed using Oracle, were judged "impressive" by QMI’s certified ISO 9001:2000 auditors.

BTC Head Office and Jeddah branch were successfully certified to ISO 9001:2000 in August 2005. The next phase is to certify the rest of our branches and affiliates.

BTC Networks’ customers, suppliers, owners, partners, employees and the whole society will benefit from the certification of BTC's Riyadh branch, following its Jeddah Headquarter's certification last year, which proves the company's most exacting requirements for quality procedures.
